Matricaria chamomile organic hydrosol: digestion, relaxation and skin

  • Externally: apply with a cotton pad on the face or as a lotion on towel-dried hair.

    Internally: For adults, one teaspoon in a cup of water, ie 5ml, 3 to 5 times a day or two tablespoons in a liter of water to drink during the day. For children under 3 years old, a coffee maker per day, a little before bedtime for example. From 3 to 8 years old, two coffee cookers per day and from 2 to 3 for 8 to 15 year olds.

    Store in the fridge after opening and consume within about 6 months. If the smell turns, it is because the hydrosol is no longer good but it is not dangerous for health.
